Shipping Policy
Shipping is charged according to product weight or Flat Rate shipping whichever the customer requests. Priority Mail normally takes 1-3 days to arrive.
All in stock products will be shipped the business day AFTER the order is placed. Custom ordered products will be shipped as soon as they are ready (normally less than 1-2 weeks).
You will receive an email from the USPS with your tracking number when the product ships.
Shipping times are NOT guaranteed, except for Express Mail. Claims should be made through your local post office for late express mail packages.
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your order confirmation and verify the shipping address is correct and complete. (Apartment or Suite numbers have to be included so your package will be delivered.) Packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses will be delayed by the post office or returned to us. Notify us immediately if the address is incorrect.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so immediately. We can not change or cancel orders after they are shipped.
Shipping/handling charges are not refundable under any circumstance.
Returns
All items may be returned within 30 days for full store credit or exchange if they are unused in their original sealed packaging.
All items that are found to be defective in materials or craftsmanship
may be returned within 1 year for credit, replacement or repair at the
discretion of Decadent Transitions after full inspection. Please call
or email us for return authorization and include a copy of your invoice
and a brief statement regarding the defect. Items that have been
misused, abused or neglected are not covered under warranty. The
customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the product to
Decadent Transitions and return shipping if the product is not covered
under warranty.
